Hamper Giveaway

This promotion is run by She’s My Broker (ABN 33 652 241 015), based in Queensland, Australia.

Entry into the She’s My Broker Hamper Giveaway is open from 9:00am 28 March 2026 to 1:00pm 28 March 2026.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of She’s My Broker and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the official entry form via QR code during the Promotion Period.
• All required fields must be completed for an entry to be valid.
• Incomplete or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid.

Prize

• The prize consists of one (1) hamper valued at approximately $500 AUD.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• She’s My Broker reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if required.

Draw & Winner Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The draw will take place at 1:00pm on 28 March 2026 at the Ipswich Showgrounds and the winner will be notified by text message.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw may occur.

Prize Collection

• The prize must be collected within 7 days of the draw taking place.
• If unclaimed, She’s My Broker reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Use of Personal Information

• By entering this promotion, participants consent to She’s My Broker collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion.
• Participants will not be contacted to discuss finance-related services unless they have agreed to be added to the mailing list.
• Participants will only be added to ongoing marketing communications if they have expressly opted in.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with She’s My Broker’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with any third party.

Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, She’s My Broker is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize.
• She’s My Broker is not responsible for any technical issues, lost, late or misdirected entries.

General Conditions

• She’s My Broker reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• She’s My Broker reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
